After my terrible experience at Monroe Tractor Supply, I came to Midland and glad I did. I retold the experience to the associates here and they sprang into action. It started with Ashley who was an absolute ray of sunshine. She smiled and welcomed me to the store and asked how she could help. I advised that I needed a 5x8 trailer. She immediately processed the order and got me connected with Keith. Keith was an absolute rock star. He was invested in me as a customer and immediately got me hooked up. He got me the drop hitch and tow ball I needed along with a lock. I didn’t have the tools to put the ball and hitch together but Keith grabbed some tools put it together. I needed to wait on Keith for a quick second after that so he could run and grab other things. While I waited Von approached and double checked with me to make sure Keith was still helping me. Keith came back and asked me to pull the truck around. He brought the trailer down and walked me through everything I needed to know about the trailer and connections. He understood the mission when I got there and he executed. The team here is absolutely amazing! Monroe can learn a lot of things from this team! Thanks Keith, As

Tried to buy a Dewalt 60V Flex battery powered leaf blower with charger and battery from the Albemarle store it was $353.08. The battery was missing, took it back and they said they didn't have any batteries, even checked a second box...fine, so I went to Midland store, they had 1 leaf blower, security device still on the box. Ask the cashier to open it and make sure it was all there and just like Albemarle no battery. Asked to see the store manager and I guess he didn't want to take care of a customer and sent Matthew ( his words " manager sent me" )Told him the issue...2 blowers in Albemarle and the one here had no batteries, his response "people still batteries" I told him no way 3 of the same product had the batteries stolen from two stores. Told him I still want the blower and to make it right seeing as there was a battery on the shelf..no security device..easy to steal..lol. He told me to hold on and walked over to the battery, came back and said the "STORE" can't take a loss of that much...$200...but I could buy it..at a small discount..lol, still pay $353 for the leaf blower. I ask the people who read this IS THAT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER or is it a scam their running? F

Pretty disappointed with the mess outside around the garden area and in the plant area. It was messy and things were strewn all over. Inside the impulse racks are placed too closely and could not fit a cart in between them. Nice front cashier.

AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING.
